Solo founders or founding teams of 2 – 3, anywhere in the world, in any sector we underwrite (AI, FinTech, ClimateTech, BioTech, DeepTech, Logistics). You need a real founder commitment — incorporation or a credible plan to incorporate — and a willingness to relocate to one of our five hubs for at least 12 weeks of the program.
We staff the company instead of mentor it. A traditional accelerator gives you a calendar of office hours and a Demo Day. Cyberonium gives you the same — plus a 14-person operating bench that ships product alongside you for the 22 weeks.
24 seats per cohort, twice a year, against ~3,400 inbound applications. Acceptance rate is about 0.7%. Strong applications combine a deep founder edge in a specific sector with shipped artefacts — code, prototypes, design partners, or research that became real.
The cheque is on standard pre-seed terms: $150K for 7% of common stock, with pro-rata follow-on rights for Fund VII through Series B. We do not take a board seat at the incubator stage; we take a board observer.
Yes. Alumni get lifetime access to the angel network, monthly partner office hours, and a private channel into Fund VII for follow-on capital. We've raised more than $620M for incubator alumni in their post-program rounds.
